Seeking Help Are SPN & Viacom 18 planning to enter Assam?

Of late, I see many Assamese movies being added in Sony Liv, such as the award-winning Aamis and Kothanodi.

Now today, I saw Viacom18's OTT platform Voot adding some Assamese movies as well (see image below)

So, are Viacom18 and SPN planning to enter the market of Assam? SPN is doubtful. But what about Viacom18?

Sony is adding offbeat movies only. Viacom has added very old movies. Viacom can air movies on News18 Assam. I think they use to air before. It's normal for movies to air on news channels during noon. Don't think anyone is entering the market. Local players are quite strong here.
