Bro, you forget about upcoming Zee Punjabi, which may launch in this year.
Also, Zee Assam/North East is in planning stage also, may launch this year too.

No licence for Life+ till now.

I think they will first launch colors marathi cinema as they have started producing Marathi movies at large scale. Also they brought Nikhil Sane from Zee, who was the main person behind Zee talkies.

Colors Marathi is doubtful but I think they are seeing Marathi as major market just like kannada and start 2nd GEC ( May not be 24 hr GEC but will include movies , music, comedy, drama,shows)
Ristey Marathi would expand their ristey brand.

3. Know2 ( English movie channel: name for getting licence )
4. NBC bharath
5. History tamil
6. NBC news ( Hindi,English, Marathi,Bangla,tamil,telugu, kannada, espanio)
7. News18 Andra
8. Life + ( GEC for NEI )
