In Tamil they can launch Full dubbed content Movie channel (Hollywood+Bollywood) Since they don't have any Tamil movie content as of now. In future they can rebrand as full fledged Tamil movie channel.

colors telugu through rebranding not possible. Because etv is strong enough in telugu, telugu has less gec space etv, gemini, star maa,zee telugu , vissa, studio one. all the above from big networks and having good standard but vissa from raj network and sudio one are struggling. i think studio one is good compared to vissa but less distribution and people attractivity,they should launch seperately as their brand has fame in other languages
