no smart card. stb is inbuilt with smart card

But Cisco STB are of two types ???

One with card STB which hathway, DEN provide. They use NDS software.

another is cardless STB, they work on EMAC Address, so this box must be the cardless one.

Go to settings-Diagnostics to see if smartcard number appears
