I am not getting proper signal on some newly added channels like SUN TV HD Discovery Tamil and old channels like star sports 1. Any ideas how to fix them?

Audio in Sun TVHD has been cracking and distorted since long time...currently the movie at 11 pm is totally with horrible audio..cant figure out any conversations !!!! How much more time TS / Sun will take in rectifying this technical issue??
