[size=medium]Cheryl Cole has reportedly demanded that show bosses double her previous pay if they want to see her on the UK X Factor.
According to a source, Cheryl is feeling humiliated after being fired as a judge on his American version of the show and believes she should be handsomely compensated for it, reports the Sun.
It is thought that Cole's new manager Will.i.am is now in talks with the TV channel, trying to broker a deal.
An ITV source said: "We are trying to sort this out quickly. Time is running out. The first filmed auditions are in Birmingham on Wednesday."
"Cheryl loves the show and the fans, but she's holding a strong deck of cards," another source added.
The hike would see her getting paid 2million pounds.
