They'll rectify the mistake soon .. as it's not getting much ratings they'll include it i think .But i really like this channel have good contents from BBC .

Try and share feedback with them on Twitter. It will let them correct the mistake fast if viewers request for this. Their distribution team will be notified and look into it.

Republic gets ratings because my MSO forcefully activates the channel. Even after me dropping the channel. I am still getting it. Even pay channels like Aaj Tak, India Today are forcefully enabled in my package.

Yes, this plays a part but there r other tactics too which broadcasters employ for increasing or manipulating ratings

After Trai Implementation Gemini Movies Channel missing But Present Star Maa Movie's in Top5
Because Star Maa Movies 10₹
Gemini Movies 17₹
So it is the main reason for missing this channel

Same case for asianet movies....always in top 5 after new rule struggling to enter number 5

In such a big country like India and so much cluttered environment in cable sector specially in smaller towns or rural areas there is only limited rules or actions TRAI can foresee or actually implement. Small discrepancies will keep happening until people themselves decide to be fair, honest.

Tell me don't cable operators many times use dth service to relay some channels, subscribers hardly complaint and feel happy not paying for content. So who is to blame TRAI or citizens? Apna kaam bantaa, bhaad mein jaaye jantaa attitude is the key problem here

Mine is no means a small MSO. They are well established through out my region. Even their partner SITI cable is one the biggest MSO in the country. And I have highlighted several violation with no action taken by anyone. I am glad my LCO has willingly agreed to switch my connection to GTPL. Even my grandma had switched to GTPL this week.

Small or big does not matter bhai, people indulge in malpractices irrespective of size or reputation of company. Anyways as i said TRAI can't overlook all things in every nook and corner of country. Even if someone complaints operators find way to hide same from broadcasters or TRAI while inspection and delete all proof which can uncover wrongdoing
