Sony TV's non-fiction property like KBC, SD, I2 has been doing well on TRP Ratings. But none of fiction property on Sony is so popular even never reach on Top 30. Any reason behind this?

SET has a policy of finite shows. Even the longest-running shows like Vighnharta Ganesh are actually finite. SET is known as a channel for preferring quality over quantity and therefore its shows do not attract TRPs. Zee TV, Star Plus and Colors on the other hand stretch shows like rubber-bands. This leads to increased TRPs.
It is generally difficult for a new show to become a chart-topper (compared to an existing one) which is why new shows shut down faster. But KKB (Star Plus) is an exception.

Yes, it had above 90k impressions and it failed miserably. Few were saying that it would beat zee and star.
