Star Jalsha has prime time slot starting at 5.30 pm and ending at midnight 12:00. Yes you read that right , midnight 12 am.
5.30 Ekhane Aakash Nil 2, 6 Prothoma Kadombini, 6.30 Titli, 7 Shreemoyee, 7.30 Khorkuto, 8 Mohor, 8.30 Sanjher Baati, 9 Bhaggolokkhi, 9.30 KoraPakhi, 10 Mohapith Tarapith, 10.30 Ke Apon Ke Por, 11 Dhrubotara, 11.30 Chuni Panna.
So it is obvious that so many serials help in increasing viewerships, just like Star Plus. As compared to SJ, Zee Bangla has 6 to 11 slot.
Also, 5/6 slot leaders + Non Fiction shows, viz, Super Singer, Ranna Banna, Superstar Poribar, as well as Bengali dubbed Mythology - DD's Uttar Ramayan Bangla and SBharat's RadhaKrishna Bangla and reruns of once popular serials Ogo Bodhu Shundori and others add up to a grand bouquet for Star Jalsha.
On the other hand, Zee Bangla is coming with it's greatly successful Zee Bangla SaReGaMaPa which will change the statistics very soon.

Out of so many serials that are there on Star Jalsha, which ones are NOT working well?

Kora Pakhi, Dhrubotara and Chuni Panna.
Chuni Panna has the lowest ratings among SJ and ZB serials due to its odd time slot 11.30 PM.

Titli giving 6tvr whereas rival rani rashmoni giving 10+tvr
Korapakhi giving 5.8tvr at primetime but good thing is it is slot leader along with rival
Then come ekhane akaash neel it is getting 3.5 nd slot rival getting 4-5tvr
6pm prathma kadambini is doing good with 5.3 but rival is giving 7+
And all other shows are doing extremely well

Dont consider dhrubotara nd chunni panna as they dont have rivals at late night slots .....just consider serials which are not doing well compared to slot rival

Then acc to primetime only kora pakhi is not giving expected ratings

Maybe they don't have a rival, but these serials are still "not doing well".

How is Superstar Poribar on Star Jalsha doing compared to Didi No. 1? And is Ranna Banna (SJ) better than Rannaghar (ZB)? SJ has been having these shows only for the past 1.5 years, but ZB has them for over a decade.

Very poor, also Rannabanna is very less viewed. Like about 0.4 to 0.8 compared to 3/4 ratings for standard Bengali shows.

Sj ranna banna is not doing good with 1 tvr whereas zb rannaghar gives almost 1.8-2 tvr
Superstar poribaar is also not doing good
