Bharat non stop pack

I had previously Bharat non stop pack ₹10 pm + ncf 99 I guess...after dropping this combo for maha manoranjan, this pack is no longer showing what to do please help...

I called customer care and they said utsav pack not available for your account..you can avail non stop pack for 6 months by recharging 669 ...this is too costly..why the packs are not uniform for all customers?

Can someone help please?
