BIG CBS Networks Pvt. Ltd., an equal joint venture between Reliance Broadcast Network Limited and CBS Studios International, today announced its new fresh programming line-up and future plans for its Channels. The Network, which went live with 3 channels in a record breaking time of under 6 months, has captured hearts of the discerning Indian audiences and stands as the No. 1 English General Entertainment Network today.

In keeping with its promise of offering the latest seasons of programming, airing concurrent to the US, the Channel has acquired fresh content from leaders in the international entertainment space like Boman Bridge, Alfred Haber, Bobby Goldstein and Medi-Asia. Offering audiences more than 25 hours of original fresh programming each week, on each channel, the Network offers audiences a further assortment of programming, and advertisers, the best platform to partner with for their brands.

Ensuring delivery of high quality entertainment, premiering on the Channel will be airing the Jim Beluchi and Jerry O’Connell hit drama series The Defenders.

After the success of season 1, Hawaii 5.0 comes back with a brand new season this quarter. Survivor, South Pacific is also back on demand, with the latest season of the American CBS competitive reality television series. Backed by the success of Bellator, its mixed martial arts program, the Channel now launches Lucha Libre a unique format which sees masked wrestlers fighting free-style, each mask holding a key significance. Beefing up its male engaging programming, the Channel brings successful program formats from BloombergUTV - Aspire and BIG Wheels.

Aspire, hosted by Vikram Oza, covers Money, Cars, Gadgets, Watches, Movies, Music, People, Trends and everything that shapes our lives…The show will bring the best of everything that men want…with wit, opinion and oodles of attitude! BIG Wheels on the other hand is tailored to give men an update on one of their favorite subjects, their mean machines and is powered by AutoCar India. The show is hosted by ace rally driver Renuka Kirpalani and AutoCar India editor Hormazd Sorabjee. BIG CBS Love in keeping with its premium female audience entertainment desires also has a stunning array of programs, offering top class entertainment from the US. Kid Nation, a reality show, where 40 kids will have 40 days to build a new world, a world of their own! These kids spend more than a month without their parents building a town that works, proving that kids truly have a vision to build a better world. Another brand new show, Excused, which premiers on the Channel, highlights a fresh take on dating and is hosted by Iliza Shlesinger. Ensuring audiences get high quality and unique entertainment, conceptualized specifically keeping their requirements in mind, the Channel announces its second Indian property India’s Glam Diva.

This show comes close on heels to the finale of the very successful season of India’s Sexiest Bachelor which aired on BIG CBS Prime. In keeping with the health and fitness obsession of women, the Channel launches its radio property Jo Fit Hai Woh Hit Hai with none other than India’s very own fitness expert Simmi Sakhuja. Basis past season performances, the Channel also launches the latest and freshest seasons of Rules of Engagement and Canada’s Next Top Model, followed by New Zealand’s Next Top Model.
