Big software Problem in my box

I upgrade my AirTel digital from 74 East and after that I got error "SM2" and then I move my dish to 108 East after that I am unable to receive the channel number 100 and some other channels which are under that frequency. As I am unabel to get the signals of channel 100 my box hang when ever I go to 100 where as other channels on 108 eastw ork perfectly but if i switch my channel to 100 then it shows no signals and hang again. On same setup my other AirTel box work perfectly fine. This is software issue plz let me know how to solve it because I upgrade the software many times but issue not resolved. before upgrading software everything was working fine.
 
There may be any problem occurrence while up gradation was happening.
Try to update again manually.
 
I think Some Problem in Your Signal Reception, Often Channel 100 showing no signal but 999 Working fine And other are ...Are u set Your LNB on Right Position ?

Try restore default......it may be help to you....
restore default procees:
goto menu....select settings..next choose diagnostics.......
next select restore factory settings...
when it asks pin .....enter "0000"....
wait 10mins.....
next you choose satellite and tp and lnb setteings....
easy way is choose...chose ...ok...button...every time
