My binge STB remote not working properly from today morning. Down arrow, channel down keys are not working. I tried to remove existing paired. Now when I'm switch on the tv, it shows how to clear existing pairing information message.
Step 1: Select + digit 7 simultaneously and two other steps.
I tried to follow the step But select + 7 not working.
Please help
