Black screen on HD channels

In my HD2222 stb when I start the sd channels are working fine.. when I change to any HD channel it's showing black screen without any messages then change any sd channel it's also showing black screen? please anyone know solution ?? Help :huh

it is 11, but HD channels were working fine yesterday

the latest update is 28, just try manually update it. it might solve your issue, if it doesnt, then something wrong with the stb , so just give it a try
