How to manually update software??

You have to download it from internet or call technician he will update it ...

1.Make Sure Your BOX is On And You are Watching Channels
2.Directly Swtich Off the Box from the main plug.Only Switch Off the Box not the TV
3.Then Swtich the BOX On From the Main Plug
4.As Soon as you see Videocond2h Starting Up logo in your TV Screen.Press and Hold the Reset Button at the back
of the Box for 10 seconds or more Untill DVB-SSU+SLOADER Menu Appears On Your TV Screen
5.Let The Software Be Downloaded from the satellite(Auto Download).
6.Wait for the completion of 100%.Your Box will Automatically Restart.

Done !!

When I switch on my stb first it shows please wait your screen will go blank for 30 seconds message then I need to press power on remote so, at which point I need to start pressing reset button

I tried manual USB update but it showed ERROR 0x8003001B UART TIMEOUT

my hW version is 14 and loader id 11
