yes, if anyone else would have done this, would have suffered a lot more than tata sky...first time buyers, directly go for tata sky in many cases...and this is the fact they are banking on...they are aware people and their strategy is not without any substance...they are doing market survey and taking calculated risk by not doing anything...

I am using Plus HD and faced this issue thrice yesterday.
