Blank TV screen on d2h and all measures failed

hi friends,
My d2h TV is showing bluescreen with only small round Videocon logo on thr Right bottom corner.I went through all possible scenarios discussed in the forum like realignment of dish, changing transponders,factory reset of STB.I am not able to do software update on STB :getting flash message unable to access frontend signal.I am desperate to restart my TV as no Technican available to service the d2h because of the lockdown.can anyone in foum please offer their help

use another lnb or rg 6 wire
