Strange decision. This movie (the 2014 Fawad/Sonam/Ratna Pathak-starrer) is airing on &xplor HD tomorrow. If it goes to Sony I am confident it will never be shown at all.

It is actually shown but at 1 am.

Also Phir Hera Pheri for some reason is always on some channel on other of Zee network since last week.

Exactly. This is the expected behaviour from Sony. You cannot expect this movie or similar movies to be broadcast outside the night-time slot (1am to 6am). This is how Sony Max HD works. This movie should have stayed with Zee. It would have got adequate airing time on &xplor HD.

It can also be Khoobsurat (1982) and Khoobsurat (1999) as well both the movies are with Sony but if Khoobsurat (2014) is with Sony then all the movies named Khoobsurat will be with Sony

Arjun Patiala, coming soon.

Both these movies were critical and commercial failures, like Malaal, but this is the only way for Sony to expand its library. There is only one Kabir Singh this year. Other films have to be small.
