Buying RF Remote for HD2244 model

Friends,

Any idea where I can buy RF remote for the HD2244 modle set top box online? Or can I get another remote from Videocon D2H officially?

It would be great if someone helps on this since my son already broke the remote and managing with that by pressing the buttons multiple times

If remote inside board is ok then they will exchange but if board is broken then they will not take remote, instead they will give another remote with original remote cost.

Inside board is good only. But the outside box is not fitting in all the parts and so buttons are not working properly.

When you say they will exchange, is it free of cost :shy or some amount? Also, any idea about original cost of the remote?

I think around 200rs. About exchange, you need to check with cc.

I have requested to CC to change my remote on 3rd December. and they changed my remote on 4th December 2015 and they charged RS.325.

If they visit home then they charge 150rs visit charges. So try to get it from any nearby shop. Original remote available on d2h offices.
