Buying RF Remote for HD2244 model

This is the D2H condition that they will not hand over Remote to you at service center. technician visit to your home and pair remote with STB and charge total rs. 325/-

Sadiq bro give complaint to CC, they will provide the RF remote as R_GHSR bro said the cost is around 350 rs include technitian visit charge (if out of warranty) 50 rs. They will replace within 24 hr. For me, got new remote for my SD box within 2 hr.

I have a technician visit tomorrow. I will check with him if he can bring it for me and get the remote cost. Otherwise, I will go with direct order through customer care. Even if it is Rs.325, I am fine since it would be original. I am not sure if the one available in other shops are original. Because, I purchased one ADTV remote which is not good.

If the technician can't get it tomorrow, I will order it next week since I am going to my native and will return only by next week.

You return your Old Remote (or) not...

2)Original Remote Cost Rs.200/-

If they Visit your Home & Deliver
----- Then
They'll Collect Rs.325/-

If you Go to thier office & Take New One
----- Then
They'll Collect Rs.325/-
