Seeking Help Cal comp Hd box audio issue

Three days back I purchased Airtel hd connection .I am facing very low sound in all hd channels especially Telugu hd channels.where as respective SD channels Sound ok .Also I have flextronics Hd box in flextronics box no audio issue..please confirm Cal comp Hd box users facing this issue or not.

To day I raised service request and technician came and did some settings but problem unsolved. I compared Cal comp Hd channels sound and Jio TV ( firestick) channels sound in front of technician..after he agreed to change set up box tomorrow.

Do you see any Audio difference between Star Maa HD and Zee Telugu HD?

No both sounds are same (low audio) ,Only Etv Hd audio equal to Etv Sd. Gemini, Star maa,Zee Telugu Hd sounds are very less compared to respective SD channels.

It must be an STB issue then. Check once it is replaced.

STB replaced. same problem in new box also . huge HD SD sound difference .mailed to nodal officer waiting for response.

The Flextronics HD box you mentioned, is it connected to the same TV?
