Airtel Internet TV Box-Audio issue

Is any facing audio issue in Airtel Internet TV Box for past 3Months??? frequently sound is very less in channels eg., Sun tv and other Tamil channels i.e to hear clearly we required to keep volume level > 23 & some times more volume is getting heard at volume level >13 itself. But problem not in single channel in all channels at same time. That means problem in Box not in Broadcasting/channel. Is any one facing issue?

Is any way, that we can upgrade Airtel Internet box with new and upgraded box with paying very less amount

i think for same that we can done it as STB replacement on which you will get Xtream box.
