While changing channels u can see epg in which customer Id will be visible. Or in settings you can see customer id it starts with 3..... It contains 10 digits.

VC SPACE YOUR SMART CARD/VC CARD NUMBER(LEAVE LAST DIGIT OF VC CARD) SEND TO 54325 WITH AIRTEL SIM. YOU WILL BE RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOMER ID. OR ELSE GIVE ME YOUR VC NO I WILL PROVIDE YOU CUSTOMER ID.
