Can we get 99 Rs pack and Add on HD

Its great if it is working for tamil nadu users but I dont see any such option on Dish TVs official website

i called CC, they said no.
If we get this option (99+language40+HD Add on) its really cheap and best.

I am using the same pack from last one year. But I will be more than happy if HD Add ONs get applicable on 99 pack. It will reduce my pack price from Rs.435 to Rs.330 per month because I watch only HD Channels

Already airtel providing 99pack + HD pack option (i.e. 99 + 225 = 325 for 28 HD channels)..
Then why don't Dish TV follow Airtel's way..???
