Please check the batteries of your remote bro. Change it if possible. Also scan your stb. Go to menu - installation - auto search. If even these dont work contact CC at 1800 200 7575.

When it appears, we cannot change anything using remote or STB.

It's not a problem with our remote. It's problem with STB. It appears many times but disappears in seconds, but this time it hasn't gone away.
