Can’t create account in dishtv

I am using dishtv in Pakistan, does not know the registered mobile number, that’s why can’t create an account on dishtv. Kindly help

Don't use indian DTH, if it is necessory then force your Govt to launch Pakistani DTH.
In which country where satellite box are banned then how they will launch Pakistani DTH.
Infact they just wants to promot Local Classic Cable TV service.
