Seeking Help Can't Log in Tata Play Account with Account Password

I too facing same problem not able to login, password reset is working not not allowing to login

The company still 'shows' an option to login via password but after putting your password it will throw an error message.

Tata Play silently disables option to login through password

This option may be for stop watching of tata play channels by multiple users. some persons using friends tata play account for watching the netflix and other ott programs.

May be because some people use their friends and relatives TP account to make changes or Watch services if they share password
