I think either the announcement delay (on or after 18th November not 13th November) or all major changes will not happen along with announcement. Ie Renaming of streaming platforms etc will happen slowly.
What I understood is merger announcement on Nov 13 was broke by one website & all others just followed it by adding speculations other than valid information.

Will they Retain Krishnan Kutty (Head Business and Content for TV and Digital for South India and Maharashtra) in merge entity... because most of the heads from disney star has stepped down except him..he is main reason for star pravah to become no 1

Most likely they will. In South, except Colors Kannada, nowhere Colors is present ( in Tamil they are present, but of no use ) . So they will mostly retain Kutty to manage south business .

It's merger, both networks employees working under two different entites, parent companies can split anytime who knows maybe in another 2 to 3 years. SIPL brands and channels have long history changing parents.

they left from merger entity, some important heads still works under Disney and also Reliance Viacom18 company heads directly to merger entity.
