There will be a 'Disney India' Disney's Indian arm come to force after merger. Yes it is there but now operates through Star. Like before 2019 it will standalone and the 200 employees stay back mentioned is about working in Disney India. Disney will oversee new entity through Disney India and their merchandise buisness, distribution of Hollywood movies in India even providing contents to new entity etc will be subjective through Disney India.

But this merger doesn't help Zee, Sony, Sun, airtel and even Reliance jio itself. you can see Real gainers are Disney, Amazon, Netflix, Elon musk when big sports media Rights like IPL, ICC, BCCI auction coming in few years, there is absolutely Zero competition in India, US media giants getting those media Rights for cheap price and they spend small piece here.
