Changes In MyTATA(Sky Portal.

No charges... only thing is you cant change pack before 30 days unless you opt for mega pack :tup

but i cant use change pack option as there is no monthly option for south sports pack & it forces us to choose semiannually to use change pack option:angry.ok. assume i am going to pay south sports pack semiannually then i can remove unwanted channels & add channels i like to my base pack:)..is this possible or only we can add extra channels to the base pack:'(...

Not possible to remove any channel from your selected base pack.
OR you can opt for "Make My Pack" option for choosing each channel based on your preferences. But its costly.
 
Anyone tried downgrading package?
What is the approximate time taken for it?

then its usefull for only changing payment options & downgrading...uffff:dodgy
 
I had sent a request to Tata Sky to enable the drop package feature online. I am glad that they took up my request and are now providing the drop package feature online. With the enhancements in the selfcare portal we now can easily manage subscription online. Tata Sky is receptive to customer feedback and request. They also have customer friendly policies and make necessary changes in customer’s interest. I appreciate Tata Sky as they look into customer requests and act upon it. I also hope they make changes in the HD Access Fee

Its good that T(S listen to their customer, and also it is very weldone by members like r-k to raise such issue with T(S management.

If they are listening then lets send them a combined email about HD Access policy.
They should drop this policy in customers best interest.
