Channel names added for 13 (now 14) test services

Now one more test service named "Test Service 3632" is having channel name. It is "Samay Bihar Jharkhand".

Totally 14 channels are waiting for the addition. Apart from these 14, there are 4 more Ch. 100 channels are available.
