Channel Search?

I am New User of AIRTEL and on this forum.
plz tell me the procedure of doing channel search in AIRTEL.

Press Menu>System Setting>installation Setup >Signal> Blue Button

But Sure When Signal Come installation menu hidden so please Remove lnb wire from Stb for installation setup.

go to menu, my settings, system setup, free to air channels, find channels.

Search mode - FTA+CAS
Transponder - set as User.

Then enter tp details to find channels
for eg : frequency - 11480
polarisation - h
symbol rate - 25600
and find channels.

I have done this procedure but can not find all channels.
i only get 27 channels from this Tp.
can u plz give me the all Tp list of SES7.

:angry::angry::angry:Worst Service of AIRTEL.
I have recharged my Account on 28.07.11 and gettig messege
"Error Code 4 This channel is not subcribed by you"
I have mailed them 4 times on CC but still no solution have been made.
can anyone have solution ?
