why tatasky left one mpeg2 channel each in the following regional pack:Tamil (22/23), Kannada (12/13), Beangali (11/12) & Oriya (6/7)???. If they convert these also, they can add 4 more new channel....in Tamil Nadu & Kanrantaka they had complete mpeg4 migration....

each state dd channel is in mpeg2 except dd Malayalam.

those dd channel ll be coverted into last phase

Guys, I have a question and I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question.

I have heard that Tata Sky has two Uplinking stations, one in South India and another in North India. Of these two, which one is the Main center and which one is the repeater?

DTH companies usually have more than one uplinking stations which serve as a redundancy and also to offset the bad weather conditions.

better u create separate thread

do u just want to know where is uplink station? or seek some other info?
