I subscribed to Magnum Package HD 6 months ago and i was promised that i would get all the SD and HD channels (except HBO PREMIUM CHANNELS)
It all went fine till this morning
i just switched to Gemini.. surprisingly error code 4 showed up :'(
I called customer care he said something is wrong from their end we will get back to you shortly.. i logged into my account and checked my package details.. Error code on Gemini TV, MAA TV, Gemini Comedy and some other Telugu channels :dodgy :wall :wall :wall :wall :wall :wall :wall :wall :wall :dodgy :dodgy :dodgy :dodgy
Now i noticed two packages NON SOUTH AND SOUTH PACK
I checked South PACK.. and i see Gemini and other Telugu channels listed there..
Now what is this all about? am i not suppose to get all channels?
BEING AN AIRTEL CUSTOMER IS VERY FRUSTRATING THESE DAYS..
