We can't deactive Add-on (or) Al-la-carte channel

Before the LOCK-IN PERIOD....

On this Flexi Pack...

We can't deactivate by calling CC....

But, can deactivate via website
How ur using this method...?

I called CC and asked them to Add "Movies Now :hd"
they added

After three days i logged-in to d2h.com

and deactivated the Channel myself.......

(as in any other pack we can't deactivate them in lock-in period)

i try deactivate ten cricket . It showing this msg... "You cannot remove following
channels within locking period
