Charged extra for installation of super lnb

Tata sky just denied my request for the refund. Saying that I demanded for the lnb so visit charge will be applied. So I asked them to contact nodal office. I mailed them the chat record which I had with customer care where they had clearly mentioned that i will be only charged 800.
Let's see what excuse will they be giving next.

Today i got tata sky super lnb installed on HD box. As I was facing signal drop issue. Now it well and fine. Though its my new tata sky hd connection and covered under Visit warrenty. I was charged extra 100 for visit. I got the super lnb in 800.
Tata sky care said I will be charged 800 only. But the tata sky service center people charged me 800+100=900.
What kind of scam is this?

Speaking of signal quality. There is very minor signal boost on normal days, previously quality was 78% but now it's 85%. But it's highly stable,means during heavy rains. It is able to provide signal quality upto 40% to 60 %while the older one just becomes zero. Super lnb is very stable
