Dish Tv now charges 50 Rupee as Late Payment Fee, Even if u recharge on SWITCH OFF DATE, then 50 Rupee deducted.

I recharge All DTH in Bangladesh, since last 8-10 Days I m noticing that Dish Tv is deducting 50 Rupee as LATE PAYMENT FEE. In this VC today I recharged 100 Rupee, It is in 249 Rupee Pack, So Daily Burn Rate is 249/30 = 8.3 Rupee. So after recharge I got 50 Rupee in the account & 50/8.3 = 6.02, So I got 6 days validity, 20 to 25 November.
