Here are answer to your confusion!
In first episode of Uttar Ramayan or Luv Kush Ramayan, Ramanand Sagar Ji said that Goswami Tulsidas Ji ended his Ramayan on Rajyabhishek (Coronation). He was not able to write the story of seperation and Sita Vanvaas but Valmiki has discussed Sita Vanvaas and Uttar Kand in his text and before it's happening. There is no fantasy and Valmiki Ramayan has 7 kandas.

I also think As Ramanand Sagar ji has said, he is showing only that part in the Ramayana which have been proved.
There is no evidence of 'Uttarakhand' that's why it was not shown in Ramayana. And it is shown separately in the Uttar Ramayana.

Disney India should definitely consider airing atleast one of their kids classic animated series in DD national . It will also help them to know how much people still love their old shows even in rural & urban areas.

I have 2 questions:

1. Why Jungle Book is being telecasted with black bars on top and bottom? Black bars are shown generally when HD content are downscaled for SD channels. But Jungle book is so old and at that time no HD technology existed. So why are they showing it with black bars?

2. How can DD National show private channels programs like Chhota Bheem? Did they put pressure on Pogo? Or they are paying Pogo for it?

When they want somthing from private channels They use the word public interest

They again done mistake they didn't shown repeat of morning in evening they shown fresh episode, and SURPRISE those were last episode but soon after realising their mistake they informed that they'll show RAMAYAN last four episode again in morning which would be of more than 2 hr.

There is no proof of that last kand that when it was added and is it true or not. So that was not included in Ramayan serial.
They made seperate drama called Uttar Ramayan.
