CNBC is a News Business News Network part of Comcast (earlier NBC Universal)..... In India they partnered with News18 to have Indian Version of their business news chs...... So there is no such thing as NBC or CNBC being different from each other as NBC is the branding used by Comcast for regular news chs and CNBC for business news chs and same has been the case since it's launch
