According to comis The alter ego of Zoom is Hunter Zolomon (Just like the alter ego of the flash is Barry Allen)

But i think, in the show they will change the alter ego. There are many Rumours on the Internet that maybe it is Barry Allen/ Henry Allen/ Joe/ Eddie of earth 2
