Would you really say STAR Bharat is a success? Most the shows are struggling for life. Same with SAB, Taarak Mehta is the saving grace. &TV is definitely a super duper failure; it needs to shut down for god's sake

Star Bharat was successful as long as it was on DDFD. Now its true colours have been exposed. For most of 2018 Star Plus was equal to Star Bharat, but now Star is giving heavy preference to Star Plus and is treating Star Bharat like a sautela (stepchild) like Zee treats &TV. I take back my previous words.

At least SPN places both SET and Sony Sab on an equal footing. Bringing the thread back to the topic, God knows what Viacom will do with Colors Jazbaat: launch it with much fanfare and then abandon all interest after a few months. Channels like &TV, Jeet and (to a much lesser extent) SG Select have suffered from this fate.

According to sources, the channel honchos have taken the decision of breathing in more fire into their ongoing and content-rich shows first, and getting its GRP on track again, before getting into newer territories of bringing in a new line-up of programming for another sister channel.
Having said this, though the producers have been notified of the shows not launching on the new channel of Viacom18, the work on shows have not been terminated, considering that they can be worked upon in future on the channel Colors.

Colors Hope is not a better name for a hindi GEC. "Colors Asha" Better name which translated from Colors hope.
