Connecting two receiver using DiSEqC

I have sun direct & zing digital settop box. But diseqc switch option not available for my zing settop box, its only showing option as "auto" only. By selecting that result is no signal. But for sun direct its showing 1,2,3,4 etc , works fine.
Any solution bros......... Please

Dont select disquie option in menual search Go to autoscan option in zing receiver and select there desquie as 1 2 3 or 4 then press autoscan option.
