Content of Discovery HD & others.

I want to ask content of Discovery HD, NGC HD, NGC wild HD, NGC people HD, History tv HD, Fox traveller HD is same as SD channels or it have some exclusive content??

I am not a HD user so can't say 24 Hrs programming for all the channels but AFAIK all the SD and HD feed of the same channels have same programming nothing exclusive.
