A Local Court here will hear on June 6 complaint filed against Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone film personalities Rohan Sippy, Ramesh Sippy and others for allegedly hurting people's sentiment by making objectionable references about Lord Rama and Lord Krishna in an item song in Hindi feature film ''Dum Maro Dum".
The complaint has been lodged before Metropolitan Magistrate (No 7) against the actress who performed the item song in the film, film's director Rohan Sippy, producer Ramesh Sippy and lyriast Jaideep sahai by a local resident Mukesh Kumar.
The respondants have been charged with crime under sections 292,93, 295(A), 298, 504 and 509 and 120(B) of the IPC.
The court is to record statement of the complainant on June 6.
