That's his skills bro. Even if we use the apps it won't be as good as it is. You can learn graphic designing with free source apps like Gimp or Adobe Photoshop. Also, there are alternatives for those. After all, it's your skills that makes the design better. Understanding of good colour schemes and usage of proper fonts are the key of graphic design.

Why NBC Sports? Viacom18 is partly owned by ViacomCBS, which is a competitor of Comcast. CBS Sports would have been better. Ultimately, Viacom18 is not going to use any American brands.

Only CNBC-TV18, CNBC Awaaz and CNBC Bajar are under licence from Comcast. Similarly CNN-News18 is under licence from WarnerMedia. These are totally separate from Viacom18 and are controlled by Reliance (TV18). The sports channels will be launched by Viacom18 which cannot have any dealings with WarnerMedia or Comcast.
