Did any broadcaster publish RIO with NTO 2 with provision of including channel upto Rs. 19 in a bouquet and other amendments made recently by TRAI. I remember 16th December 2022 was supposed to be last date for publishing nto for broadcasters on their website or will they publish on the last day only. Not sure if the date was again extended...
