Now a live horse race program is on. HD looking like upscaled SD.
Topper logo/ad is only during EPG display (4k STB special).

Thanks for the clarification. I am having dvr so did not know about that. Yes, I also have seen the quality now. Seems upscaled. Poor quality as of now

This channel have hd feed only,
No SD feed available from brodcaster,
Dth/cable adding SD feed after downscaling the HD feed.
