I spoke to customer care, they ready to send technician for alignment if we have HD and dish+ box, before we need to subscribe new channels as ala carte.

Technician cant do anything without getting OTA Update for hd+,Dish+ boxes.

What one can understand from all discussions
1. Dish nxt box required bcoz you can get OTA for ST-2 for only this box.
2. Realignment is completely free
3. Nothing to do with lnb.
4. Other stb customers have to wait.
5. Even if you realign yourself with other stb than NXT box. U will not get OTA and view channels
