D2H customer care email response is superb

Had few issues with my d2h and I decided to email them. Guys I was stunned at the super quick response received via email. I found the email communication to be really fantastic much better than Tata Sky.

Videocon d2h email & facebook team response is absolutely great.But cc response is some time not good,sometimes i feel they lack certain there own policies but fb & email team is always at its best.....

Personally feel, Tata Sky is the best for Email/ Cc Response. As soon as I emailed them they called within an hour from Guwahati Office (when I was TS Cutomer).
