Thank you for writing to d2h. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that as per your concerned regarding make my
pack option as per TRAI order from their website, price is charged as
per the channel providers but many channels are not available. The new
regulatory framework of TRAI is in place under which new prices of the
channels have been declared by the broadcasters and the distribution
platforms. Now you have the choice to pick channels, packs and combos
best suited to you.
Please ensure to register your choice of channels and bouquets by 21st
January 2019 by clicking

disruption to your viewing experience. Please note that as per the
direction of TRAI, all the all the consumers have to give their options
before 21st January and the operators are required to migrate their
subscribers to the new framework with effect from 1st February 2019.

Sony BBC Earth HD,
ESPN HD, MTV Beats HD. These all channels are available in SD and Sony
TEN 3 HD, Star Gold Select HD, FYI TV 18 HD, Comedy Central HD, Cineplex
HD these channels not part of platform.
We have taken your feedback regarding these channels which is not
showing in our platform. It is always important for us to hear how
customers react to all aspects of our services. Strong customer feedback
like yours helps us continue to improve the service we provide, and we

selection of channels, you may select channels as per your choice, it
